Q: Is Parking Available?

A: Yes, there is street parking and no permit is required. There are always available spots.

Q: Where do I pick up my keys?

A: There are no keys! We use a Smartlock keyless security system. You will be given your own personal code for entry.

Q: What amenities are included?

A: The kitchens are fully equipped for home-cooked meals (see individual rooms for a list of appliances). We offer free parking and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi and wired Internet. The large flat-screened TVs have a access to all popular streaming channels. The bathrooms have everything you need - towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hairdryer. We also have an iron and hangers for your clothes. A washer and dryer are available upon request. Also, guests receive a 10% discount on wine purchased at our family's winery, Stinson Vineyards, located in Crozet, VA. Proof of your reservation is required; an email confirmation is acceptable.

Q. Are Pets Allowed?

A: Due to the consideration of all of our guests, we cannot accommodate pets.

Q: WHAT IS WITHIN walking distance?

A: Downtown Belmont is just a block away and includes a coffee shop, many of the areas's best restaurants, a market, and more. The Charlottesville Downtown Pedestrian Mall is a 10-minute walk (.6 miles). The University of Virginia campus is 1.5 miles away - you can catch the free trolley.
